Eligibility
The discount card is available to anyone who wants to help multiple myeloma patients with financial support and other resources as they fight this rare and incurable blood plasma cancer.
Activation
Anyone can obtain the card by registering through the MyeCure Foundation's website or by contacting: (800) 693-5662; (800) Myeloma.
Acceptance
The card can be used at participating retailers, merchants, and dealerships to receive discounts on a variety of products and services.

Program Management
The MyeCure Foundation is responsible for administering the "Cure Card." MyeCure and participating merchants, organizations, etc., are responsible for promoting the "Cure Card" discount program.

No Liability
The MyeCure Foundation is not liable for any disputes or issues that may arise between participating businesses and discount card holders.

Discretion of Merchants
The application of discounts is at the sole discretion of the participating retailers, merchants, and dealerships.
How Consumers Can Use the Discount Card

Obtain the Card
Consumers can purchase the for the "Cure Card" through the MyeCure Foundation's website, Walmart marketplace, select businesses, or by calling (800) Myeloma and placing an order.
When making a purchase at a participating retailer, merchant, or dealership, the cardholder must present the card to receive a discount.

Receive the Discount
By and through a Memorandum of Understanding, and Agreement, the retailers/merchants and other qualifying entities will apply the agreed-upon discount for the product or service
Discount amount is at the discretion of the Merchant.
Percentage of Card Purchase Price Donated to Assist Myeloma Patients
20 Percent
of the card purchase price will be donated to nonprofit organizations that provide support and resources for multiple myeloma patients and their families.
MyeCure Foundation
will ensure the donations are distributed to the appropriate organizations, helping to alleviate the financial burden of this incurable cancer. Our goal is to reach $100,000 in donations.
